Due to popular demand, I've been mucking about with my Ravelry account. I'm still missing a lot of photos (which I'm sure as hell not going to get while I'm stuck in here), but the projects are all a little more up-to-date.

Now if only my designer would stop trying to write cues so that I could get my checkbook balanced....

Made it to carinbrat 's tonight for the first time in a long time. Good knitting progress was made, aided by the part where I had a LOT to drink at the party on Friday and so didn't drink more than one glass of wine tonight, which means that I won't be ripping out all my work tomorrow in the cold harsh light of day. The show is open, much to everyone's relief. After a second week fraught with what everyone felt was a lot of relatively unnecessary rehearsal, we had a pretty smooth opening night. Day 1 of tech down.

The skinny: I learned a lot yesterday. My designer is frustrated with my slowness. I am frustrated with my slowness. I want to jump up and down and scream "I am NOT the moving-lights girl! Give me an enormous projection rig and I'll be just fine!"

Managed to get some sleep last night, but I'm still waking myself up coughing every hour or so. Ran out of cough drops last night, and discovered after some fruitless searching at 4 am that there was NOTHING suckable in the entire house. (That would help my cough, anyway.)
